Recently I was given the opportunity to co-host a podcast for FIlmsploitation, which will cover what we're loosely describing as "older" films - it films which came out more than ten years ago. I have to admit to being a bit surprised to have been selected as I'd guested on the main podcast a couple years ago, and I'm pretty sure it's ranked as their worst episode ever!
We've recorded four podcasts so far, one episode being released each week. This first podcast is ten minutes long (see disclaimer) all about Martin Scorsese's Gangs of New York, a film I hadn't seen until recently. To hear what I and main host Josh Morris thought of it, check it out here
DISCLAIMER: Josh and I had a number of false starts with the recording of the first few episodes, and have now discovered that we lost the final 4 minutes of the first episode. For some reason, it loops back to the start, so you miss our discussion about Scorsese's use of Catholic iconography!
